Character-Themed Birthday Party Letters

Are you looking to personalize a birthday party?

I’ve had a lot of inquiries from parents looking to use my alphabet creations for birthday parties and it is exciting to know that I'm helping make someone's party that much more special. Images using the Muppet theme I designed for Deliciously Darling Events can be found on party sites such as Kara’s Party Ideas, Hostess with the Mostess and People.com.

So with that in mind, I thought I would take the time to share some of these designs in case there were others out there looking for a little inspiration for that special child’s birthday. Potential ideas:

 Despicable Me Birthday theme

  Bubble Guppies birthday theme

Sesame Street Birthday theme

Winnie the Pooh birthday theme

Super Mario birthday theme

Dora the Explorer birthday theme

Pixar birthday theme (could also do film-specific, such as Cars or Toy Story)

Trash Packs birthday theme (visit Hostess with the Mostess for more images)

So let me know if you are interested in any of these themes or if anything else inspires you. Some other ideas could be Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Spongebob Squarepants, Disney Princesses, Angry Birds, Star Wars, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and much more. The possibilities are endless.

Just email me at mikebaboon@gmail.com and I'll see what I can do. Pricing is dependent on theme and number of letters.

The Periodic Table of the Muppets

A comprehensive depiction of many memorable Muppet characters from throughout the years (and some not-so-memorable ones as well). Each square represents a different character and indicates the primary Muppeteer(s) for that character, as well as the year and production in which the character made its debut. Borders align with hair/hat colour, background aligns with skin/fur colour, and colour of the abbreviated name represents nose colour (for characters with noses that is). The separate sections are based on the show the characters were either created for or most often associated with. The icons within each section are then organized by year of creation. Tweet

Marvelphabet

I'd long considered doing a superhero-themed alphabet but I'd resisted for a variety of reasons, including the sheer immense scope of the superhero universe and the fact that there were other similar pieces out there. Ultimately, however, superheroes and comics were such an important part of my childhood that I couldn't ignore them. So I added a bit of a challenge: I wanted to represent 26 heroes and 26 villains from a specific universe. I wanted to stick to their face and upper torso only (which meant, among other things, no wheelchair for "X" or extra arms for "o") Introducing.... the Marvelphabet: Also available in straight hero and villain versions:   Have fun guessing who is who.
